Unfortunately, the Ford Focus MK4 only has the electric tailgate on the Ford Focus MK4 tournament, i.e. the station wagon variant.
For the hatchback variant, as I have it, there is no way to order the electric tailgate from the factory.
There are currently few retrofit kits. Unfortunately, nothing in sight from big well-known brands. However, there is a solution from China that works very well.

The electric tailgate is the preparation for what I was actually all excited to have, namely the foot sensor to be able to open the tailgate with full hands.
